Photography Student of the Month July 2015 – Simon Ling

Hello Photoion Students and photography fans. It’s that time of the month again – Student of the Month!

Every month we pick one of our students who have shown great progress and great attitude, and we highlight some of their work. It’s a great way to acknowledge the amazing work that our students do, and the winner gets £50 off any of our courses too.

This month, we’re looking at the work of Simon Ling.

Simon began with our beginner’s course back in May, and from the very beginning showed an extraordinary dedication and passion for photography. Once the course was over Simon continued to work to hone his craft, and was regularly sending images to be reviewed by the tutors. It’s been a joy to watch his photography improve so much in such a short time. He has captured a vast array of subjects and shows a great understanding of the core principles of photography, which makes shooting such a variety of subjects that much easier, and results in the range of fantastic images you see below.
