This was a one off workshop run by Ion Paciu for Nicolas featuring Jenny Fisher as a model at the Union Jack Club in Central London.  Jenny was fabulous, Ion and Nicolas used a variety of new lighting schemes and backgrounds to create striking art nude images in the studio.

Art Nude photography is one of the most intimate forms, and can be really intimidating starting out, which is where our nude art workshop comes in.

Nude Art Workshop

The Reserve Lounge Bar room in the Union Jack Club is fabulous and offers many great features, as always the room offered a pleasing environment for this one to one nude art photography workshop, we loved it.

After beginning the day with an introduction to Art Nude photography, Ion and the group moved on to talk about light, which is important in all photography, but particularly in Art Nude photography as it establishes the entire tone of the images.

After the technical aspects had been covered, Ion and the group moved on to begin capturing images, and as you can see below, the results are stunning!

Ion and Nicolas began with soft side lighting with Jenny posing in the standing position.

Ion and Nicolas got really creative with the lighting this time. They used some improvised studio lighting to create striking nude art lighting mood, the low light was more than welcomed.

The next step was getting close, the nude bodyscape shooting, this was really great though a bit awkward getting so close to the model. Jenny was amazing and she made this photo-shoot very easy, Ion and Nicolas had lots of fun.

Ion and Nicolas also tried some classic hard lighting, they used a beauty dish 45 degrees on the right side.
